I have always loved this song, which I remember listening to when it first came out in 1970 when I was 7 years old. I wore out my parents record of it in these years. This arrangement was done shortly after my father passed away in 2009. I do not have this written out in sheet music form, since it was all done as a "planned" or "worked out" classical-style improvisation.
