A piece composed and orchestrated by Emily Bear, age 10 - world premiere December 24, 2012 with the Santa Fe Concert Association - Joe Illick, Conductor, Executive & Artistic Director. With Concertmaster, Richard Rood - Concertmaster of the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra as well as a 1st violinist of the New York City Opera, the Associate Concertmaster of the Santa Fe Opera, and Concertmaster of the Santa Fe Concert Association Orchestra.
("Santa Fe" was written for orchestra alone - no piano - but the Harpist was ill so Emily doubled part of the harp line at the most important places for this performance.)
