I was seeking to do an improvisation today, and I asked my friend to give me some words to base it off of. He said: "How about something like, calming, that grows into an intense yet emotional piece. Paint it like a sorrowful love story"

This was the result. The beginning is gentle, free-flowing, and stays in its own tone-world for a while. It eventually develops into something a bit more dramatic. When it finally cadences in Bb major at the end, there is a long cadenza of arpeggios played between the two hands that flow up and down the keyboard rapidly. The final chords are disguised in the style of a Classical or Romantic era piece, but the melody is actually Kakariko Village!

The VST is the CFX Concert Grand, and the title was by a comment on my improvisation no171 [name me] video. Thanks for letting me borrow this name for another improvisation instead 😉
