Welcome to my new weekly series called Video Game Music Commentary and Transcription (VGMCT)! The first video of the series is on The Legend of Zelda - Breath of the Wild - Piano 01!
VGMCT is about getting to the crux of what makes a certain piece of video game music beautiful, memorable, and moving. I discuss video game music from the vantage point of a classically-trained musician. This video includes my first attempt at transcribing this piece.
