My Heart

"This one I wrote after Anselm’s death. I had lots of deep downs in this period. I usually don’t have any lyrics coming to me easily, I find it very hard to write words that seem natural and honest to me. This bass theme came in some improvisation session and I really loved it and the words came when I was walking at the river at night. It took a few months until I felt so down and desperate that I just decided to put it together and make a sort of song and I really felt that it captured my feelings perfectly." - Vika.
