A Sky Full Of Stars is the second single of the new album „Ghost Stories" by Coldplay which is produced by Avicii. The electro-sound of the song sounds unusual for Coldplay, but it's an amazing tune anyway. In my instrumental piano cover I've added a little rumba groove as well as a tribute to another very famous song. Do you know it? 😉
Das neue Coldplay Album ist erst seit ein paar Tagen auf dem Markt und schon schlägt die zweite Single „A Sky Full Of Stars" richtig ein. Wundert auch nicht bei der enormen Fanbase die sich die Band mittlerweile aufgebaut hat. Der Song „A Sky Full Of Stars" ist ein - für Coldplay Verhältnisse - eher untypischer Song, vor allem wegen der doch sehr dominanten Elektro-Sounds. Trotzdem fehlt natürlich ein typisches, eingängiges Klavier auch hier nicht. Ich habe mich mal an den Song herangewagt und weil er vom Ablauf her nicht sehr viele verschiedene Elemente hat, habe ich in mein Solo ein kleines Rumba-Thema eingebaut. Außerdem spiele ich eine kleine Hommage an einen alten bekannten Song. Erkennt ihr welchen?
