Pretty good way to end 2011, eh?

Since I have uploaded my first Lilium performance years ago, I had a lot of requests for the sheet music. Took me long enough. I don't have any education regarding piano transcribing, but I tried my best to make the notes clear, and my ideas well written without getting it too messy.

Again, piano solo doesn't really do justice to this absolutely beautiful, haunting song (just like the AnoHana ED), but I tried my best to put my feelings into this performance. I hope you guys enjoy the video, as well as the sheet music!
