VGP is a professionally trained pianist. He received piano performance degrees from University of Southern California, Yale University, and the Cleveland Institute of Music. He has performed piano concerti with orchestras in the U.S., Canada, and Germany. A "Super Mario Medley" viral video made when VGP was 17 started VGP on the path of performing video game music.

I've been busy teaching piano, practicing piano, learning Japanese, training with a cross country team, as well as running sometimes up to 100 miles a week. Last Sunday I ran the Long Beach half marathon! Though I've been busy lately, I haven't forgotten about streaming! I'd like to stream more regularly.
