Tristesse au clair de lune, or "Sadness in the Moonlight" is a new composition of mine, and my second composition using a French inspired title (expect more to come)! This piece is intended to take you on a midnight journey through the moonlight, while accompanied by a sorrowful feeling. By use of a simple melody, figured over various 7th, 9th, 11th, and 13th chords, capturing this feeling was quite fun :).
