kilky04 requested that song like 5 months ago and I finally got my hands on the sheets, hopefully it's not too late.
It's Cloud Smiles from the animated movie Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. The song was composed by Nobuo Uematsu, but there is no official transcription for piano. However, there exists a quite popular version by Reiko Takano, who did an outstanding job on tranfering this piece to the piano, it's really close to the original. So, kudos to Takano-San. =)
