Hello everyone, welcome to the year 2015!
It's been a while since my last upload, but as of today, I am "active" again, meaning I'll try to upload a new song every 1-2 weeks from the current anime season.

With that said, I just want to say that I really really really love the song EONIAN.

I think I broke my repeat button of my mediaplayer, because I kept listening to this piece over and over again and I still get goosebumps every time.

This song is the theme song of the movie "Expelled from paradise" (japanese name Rakuen Tsuihou / 楽園追放) , a sci-fi anime movie with screenplay by Gen Urobochi.
It has been in the production for almost 5 years, until it finally got released in december 2014.

If you haven't watched this movie yet, then you are missing a spectacular sci-fi story with a surprisingly thought provoking theme, kickass-action and an awesome tsundere heroine voiced by Kugimiya Rie (need I to say more?)

Anyway, after hearing the theme song EONIAN by ELISA at the end of this movie, I immediately fall in love with that song.
The sudden shift from Eb-major to Bb-minor in the chorus gets me every time.
This transcription belongs to my more difficult pieces, since I utilized many left hand arpeggios (there is a unique kind of arpeggio in bar 56-58, 3:00 in the video) and even more "three-hand-techniques"
But it was worth practising the entire sheet for the last 5 days, because the song itself is simply amazing. Especially ELISA's powerful voice.

It's so FAAAAAAAAAR AWAAAAAAAAAY~

Well then. *cough*
Give this movie a try if you are looking for a great sci-fi story!
It's definitely worth watching it.

Also, Angela Balzac is a goddess.
