Psycho-Pass's 2nd ending, of course none other by EGOIST and chelly.
I think ryo's arrangement of this is very significant. The chorus of the original song is pretty much overwhelmingly distorted, messy, undistinguishable. I tried to imitate that at 1:30. I also played this with Akane's horrific scene in mind... episode 11 was amazing in terms of emotional impact, but I feel so depressed after watching it. Respect to Urobuchi for his amazing work.
