ABOUT THIS PIECE: This is one of the required pieces for the 2016 ABRSM "Grade 4" Exam, which shows just how inept and worthless the ABRSM is as an organization. I know of no "Grade 4" student in the world who is able to play this piece the way it should be played. Rather, a true "Grade 4" student is only able to play the notes about at half speed. However, if played at the proper speed (i.e., energetic and playful, like a true classical "minuet") it becomes at least "Grade 6" or perhaps as high as "Grade 8." This is why I call the ABRSM inept, since they should realize these kinds of obvious blunders they make when categorizing pieces into "grades."
